Return and Exchange Policy

If you are unsure about your purchase, don't worry, Daleel offers a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.


How does the return or exchange process work?

1- Return or exchange is possible in the following cases:

  • 1- The item can be returned or exchanged if it has not been used and has not been opened from the original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.
  • 2- It is possible to return or exchange the item if it is damaged or not working properly, provided that it is returned in the same condition as when received.
  • 3- Return or exchange is possible if the received item is not the same as the item ordered.
  • 4- Items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused and contain all attached tags and purchase invoices for the item.
  • 5- Products that have been opened will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened from its original packaging - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s features).


2- Return instructions and notes

1- To return the order, you can contact customer service via WhatsApp/direct technical support.

2- For the received items, you must keep the original packaging and not open them.

3- If the product is used and it turns out that the original packaging has been removed, the return request will be rejected and it will be shipped to the customer again, unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer has the choice between return or exchange, and the original box must be present with all accessories (the item is for electronics only).

4- For return requests, if the payments are electronic, a payment fee of 2.7% + 1 riyal will be deducted from the total amount paid, and the amount will be returned within 10 working days.

5- Shipping fees are deducted in both cases (free shipping or shipping fees paid) and any other fees other than the product price.

6- Installment orders (Tabby - Tamara - Emkan) will be returned according to their return policy.

7- Tabby returns are subject to refund fees as follows:

Tabby uses a payment gateway to process payments from the customer's card. To return this amount to the customer's card, 2% + 1 is deducted from the order value. Please note that this percentage is the percentage of the refund to the customer, and neither Daleel.com nor Tabby benefit from this amount.

8- 7% + 1 riyal will be deducted from the order value if the payment method is (Tabby / Tamara / Emkan) in the event of cancellation after shipping or if the order time exceeds 24 hours, whichever comes first.


3- Replacement of devices with manufacturing defects

The Guide Store will replace the device with a manufacturing defect (non-software) within three (3) days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • 1-3 The device must be free from scratches or misuse.
  • 2-3 Bring the original box with all accessories and user manuals inside.
  • 3-3 A report from an authorized service agent may be required before replacement.
  • 4-3 If no communication is made within three (3) days from the date of receipt, the shipment shall be deemed intact. If the opposite is proven, the Daleel team shall review it after the product has been shipped by the customer at his own expense.
  • 5-3 If the product is shipped by the customer after (3) days from the date of receipt and the shipping cost is not paid, the shipment will not be received by Daleel.com and the customer will bear the consequences of that.


Refund Policy

The Dalil team will take the initiative to refund the return amount after receiving the product at our warehouse and ensuring that all the above terms have been met via bank transfer.
